This role will involve working for the EMEA Credit Control team, to ensure timely collections of monies due to Pentland from our customers, as well as providing excellent customer service to the cross functional teams. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for stage 1 credit collections across our customer portfolio. investigating the reasons why a debit note has been claimed by the customer. Assist with the reconciliation of our proforma payments for our Pentland Connect customers. Take responsibility for the running and sending of copy invoices and statement on a Ah Hoc basis. Assist with the invoice uploads to our customers supplier portals Assist with the daily management of the credit inbox, Provide support to the wider credit team as required. What you’ll bring: A sound understanding of Credit Control, with at least 6 years’ experience in a fast-paced industry. Excellent Customer Service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders Understanding of Accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar. IT literate, including an intermediate capability with MS Excel Strong process and continuous improvement mindset. Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently, with a confident and resilient attitude.
