About You:

You’re not just passionate about law—you’re eager to drive meaningful change in Australia’s evolving employment scene. With a solid background in Employment Law, you’re ready for a role that challenges and inspires. Ideally, you bring both advisory and litigation expertise to the table.

If you’re a collaborative Lawyer who has just hit Senior Associate level or have been a Senior Associate for some time, this is your moment to shine.

Your Future Responsibilities:

Being an advocate in industrial disputes, employment contract disputes, and professional misconduct matters.
Appearing in the Fair Work Commission
Champion cases on discrimination, sexual harassment, and unfair dismissal.
Advise on workplace conduct complaints, redundancy processes or negotiating with industrial organisations.
Work on significant WHS matters across the country.
Provide expert advice on pivotal issues like restraint of trade, confidentiality, and termination disputes.
