This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join our UK team to focus on the developments in the energy market. The Role Advising developers, landlords and operators on the procurement, negotiation and management of heat networks (including concessions, supply agreements, outsourced services and ongoing regulatory compliance) Advising on energy projects, including solar, wind and battery storage Advising on large scale retrofit programmes (including grant funded, 'Energy as a Service' and subscription models) Support on regulatory issues relating to electricity (generation, distribution and supply) and heat networks Advising on utility connections including ICP and IDNO arrangements Advising on Power Purchase Agreements and Heat Supply Agreements etc Advising on EV Chargepoints and related infrastructure Active participation in marketing initiatives aimed at the energy sector Building and maintaining effective client relationships The Candidate The firm has a Career Development Framework which sets out the competencies we expect of those at the Senior Associate grade. In particular for this role we require: Candidates with 4 years' relevant post qualification experience gained from a reputable firm or in-house Experience on regulatory issues relating to utilities.
