Expression of Interest Senior Associate Executive & Business Management Provide trusted coordination and business management services in a fast-paced, high-profile government environment. This is a Clerk Grade 9/10 role with a salary range of $133,348 - $146,945 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading Temporary full-time opportunity up to 9 months We are seeking an experienced and highly organised professional to provide executive, secretariat and business management services to the Office of the Secretary. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will help ensure the smooth flow of executive and ministerial business, support sound governance and decision-making, and respond effectively to critical issues, risks and priorities. About the role In this role, you will support the effective operation of a senior executive office by managing priorities, coordinating workflows and preparing accurate, timely and high-quality advice, briefings, correspondence and communications. You will facilitate executive meetings and events, improve systems and processes, and work closely with stakeholders across the portfolio, executive and ministerial offices, and other government agencies. Operating in a high-volume and often changing environment, you will exercise sound judgement, identify emerging issues and ensure sensitive and confidential matters are managed with tact and discretion. Experienced in high-level executive, secretariat, administrative or business management support within government. Knowledgeable about government processes and the machinery of government. At least three years’ government experience, with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
