Senior Associate, Finance

We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A & Accounting) to support financial planning, reporting, and core accounting activities. This role offers a blend of FP&A and accounting responsibilities, providing exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop a well-rounded finance skill set within a collaborative, global environment. The work timing for the role would be 2:30PM – 11PM IST. The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to: FP&A Support Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Support monthly financial reporting and variance analysis Help build and maintain financial models and reports Partner with finance teams to gather data and support business insights Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables Accounting Support Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Support general ledger review and ensure data accuracy Partner with accounting teams to understand financial results and drivers Help maintain proper documentation and audit support materials Process & Reporting Support the preparation of standardized reporting templates and dashboards Assist in improving processes and identifying efficiencies Maintain and organize financial data and documentation Support system updates and reporting enhancements as needed Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with global finance and accounting teams Support communication of timelines and deliverables Build relationships across teams to support financial processes Essential traits: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related finance roles Basic exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or month-end close preferred Internship or early experience in corporate finance or accounting is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good Excel skills (financial modeling basics preferred) High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication skills and willingness to learn Familiarity with financial systems/tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement About Kroll In a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges, our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens.
