The Senior Associate Game Ops Manager role is crucial in advancing our marketing strategies and guaranteeing smooth delivery. What You'll Do Lead and complete marketing campaigns to improve player engagement and retention. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and implement effective marketing strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying data to make informed decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators to ensure alignment and success. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Build and present detailed reports on marketing activities and their outcomes. Coordinate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials. Drive the development of promotional content that resonates with our target audience. Ensure all marketing activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies. Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics to keep us ahead of the competition. What We're Looking For More than 1 years of experience in a marketing position, ideally in the gaming sector. Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns. Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret intricate data. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and collaborators. Experience with prioritisation for effective workload management. Knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies. Creative approach with the ability to develop outstanding marketing concepts. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
