Summary
Role: Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor
Status: Permanent, Full Time
Based: Dublin / Kildare

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will work across a diverse range of high-profile projects, including innovative Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and modular developments that support the rapid delivery of buildings and related facilities. Our involvement in fast-paced, technically challenging projects creates a rewarding environment for commercially focused Quantity Surveyors who enjoy working closely with clients and contributing to the continued growth and strategic development of an established consultancy practice.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of major construction projects, manage key client relationships and contribute to the continued growth and development of the business. The successful candidate will work across a range of sectors, providing strategic cost management, commercial advice and leadership while helping to shape the future direction of the practice.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Have chartered membership or progressing towards achieving chartered status
- Have a minimum of 5 + years' post-graduate experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction technology and methodologies.
- Possess strong measurement and cost planning skills.
- Have strong contract administration experience, particularly on public sector projects.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and client-facing skills.
- Be capable of managing projects and leading teams effectively.
- Be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on their own initiative.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have experience using CostX or similar measurement software.
The role will be primarily based in our Dublin / Kildare office, with flexibility for hybrid working.
