This is an exciting time to join the team. These are broad, varied roles with strong opportunities for growth and development, offering exposure across a wide range of risk, compliance and governance activities.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to provide practical advice, independent oversight and constructive challenge, helping identify, assess and manage key risks and compliance obligations.
We will count on you to:
- Support business owners and risk champions to manage incidents and issues effectively
- Review incident root causes, ratings and remediation approaches, and help escalate material matters when needed
- Provide timely compliance advice and support, including accurate completion of compliance assessments
- Review and challenge of business unit risk profiles, metrics and control performance
- Help support key risk and compliance committees and forums with timely papers and reporting
- Assist with change implementation readiness, risk mitigation activities and other ad hoc support for the team and business stakeholders
What you need to have:
- Experience in risk, compliance, controls, assurance, internal audit or a related discipline
- A sound understanding of risk management, internal controls and assurance frameworks
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and judgement skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise reports and present information effectively
What makes you stand out:
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Exposure to three lines of defence risk management model
- Experience working across key risk and compliance, reporting and governance processes
- Experience supporting governance forums, committee papers or regulatory reporting
Why join our team:
- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders
- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities
- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being
