Wholesale Relationship Management is responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with commercial and institutional clients to support their financial needs and drive growth across the organization's wholesale banking portfolio. Activities include:
- Identifying client opportunities
- Delivering tailored financial solutions
- Coordinating product specialists
- Providing guidance across lending, treasury, capital, and advisory services
Responsibilities also include managing the end-to-end client experience, monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring strong credit and risk practices, and collaborating with internal partners to support efficient onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution.
