Profile Requirements: Min 5-8+ years experience as a Senior Developer Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python and related technologies Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning Skill & Experience – Desired Knowledge of AI/ML technologies Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Agile/Scrum certification Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (mandatory) UiPath Senior Developer Certification (mandatory) Additional technical certifications, including ABBYY (desired) Core responsibilities: Position overview Lead technical development and implementation of enterprise solutions with focus on RPA and digital transformation initiatives Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development team members Drive architectural decisions and best practices implementation Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions Key Responsibilities Design and develop complex software solutions using UiPath, ABBYY and related technologies Lead technical design discussions and code reviews Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance Establish development standards and best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications Optimise existing automation solutions for performance and scalability Participate in project planning and estimation Document technical specifications and solution architectures Ensure code quality through testing and validation Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
