Siamo alla ricerca di un profilo che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento Operations & Technology come Senior Backend Developer.

La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella progettazione, nello sviluppo e nell'evoluzione di applicazioni backend basate su tecnologie .NET, contribuendo alla definizione di architetture scalabili, resilienti e manutenibili.

Responsabilità principali

• Progettare, sviluppare e mantenere applicazioni backend utilizzando .NET 8+ e C#, definendo architetture a microservizi scalabili e resilienti.
• Sviluppare API RESTful e servizi distribuiti secondo i principi REST e gli standard OpenAPI/Swagger, implementando soluzioni event-driven e integrazioni asincrone.
• Progettare e gestire database relazionali e NoSQL, garantendo qualità, performance, sicurezza e manutenibilità del codice.
• Contribuire alle decisioni tecniche strategiche, valutando trade-off, scalabilità, costi e rischi, e collaborare con stakeholder tecnici e business nella definizione delle soluzioni.
• Supportare la crescita tecnica del team attraverso mentoring, code review e condivisione delle conoscenze, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo della piattaforma e la gestione del debito tecnico.

Requisiti

• Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software con tecnologie .NET.
• Ottima conoscenza di C# e .NET 6/7/8, oltre al .NET Framework 4.5+.
• Esperienza nell'applicazione di SOLID, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) e architetture distribuite.
• Conoscenza di pattern architetturali quali CQRS, Mediator, Repository, Dependency Injection ed Event Sourcing.
• Ottima conoscenza di SQL Server, MongoDB e Redis, con esperienza nell'utilizzo di Entity Framework Core e micro-ORM come Dapper.
• Esperienza con RabbitMQ e/o framework di messaging ed event orchestration, come MassTransit.
• Ottima conoscenza di Git e delle principali strategie di branching e release management.
• Esperienza nella containerizzazione e gestione di applicazioni tramite Docker e Kubernetes.
• Esperienza nella realizzazione e gestione di package e librerie condivise.
• Utilizzo di strumenti di AI generativa e AI-assisted development nel ciclo di sviluppo software.
• Esperienza con pipeline CI/CD e automazione dei processi di build, release e deployment.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join the Operations & Technology Department.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development and evolution of .NET-based backend applications, helping define scalable, resilient and maintainable architectures.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend applications using .NET 8+ and C#, defining scalable and resilient microservices architectures.
• Develop RESTful APIs and distributed services in accordance with REST principles and OpenAPI/Swagger standards, implementing event-driven solutions and asynchronous integrations.
• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring code quality, performance, security and maintainability.
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions by evaluating trade-offs, scalability, costs and risks, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define solutions.
• Support the team's technical development through mentoring, code reviews and knowledge sharing, promoting continuous platform improvement and technical debt management.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET 6/7/8, as well as .NET Framework 4.5+.
• Experience applying SOLID, Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and distributed architecture principles.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns such as CQRS, Mediator, Repository, Dependency Injection and Event Sourcing.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL Server, MongoDB and Redis, with experience using Entity Framework Core and micro-ORMs such as Dapper.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and/or messaging and event orchestration frameworks such as MassTransit.
• Excellent knowledge of Git and common branching strategies and release management practices.
• Experience with application containerization and management using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience developing and managing shared packages and libraries.
• Use of generative AI tools and AI-assisted development throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build, release and deployment processes.
