Participate in code reviews. Communicate with members of other tech and non-tech teams. Mentor others. Take an active role in generating ideas, improving processes, and influencing product direction. 👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT Strong ownership and self-motivation - you care about the outcome and the product, not just completing a ticket. Proven experience working with C# / .NET. Experience in designing and integrating REST APIs. Experience working on web-based applications. Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages. 👉 BONUS POINTS Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Grafana, APM tools. Familiarity with Azure, Service Bus, Docker, Bitbucket.
