Job Description
This is a remote position.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Drupal-based applications and websites.
Create custom modules and implement best practices in Drupal 9/10 development.
Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.
Integrate third-party APIs, web services, and external systems.
Work with PHP, Symfony, MySQL, and front-end technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers.
Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and resolve complex technical challenges.
Ensure Drupal sites follow accessibility, SEO, and security best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Drupal development, with expertise in Drupal 9/10.
Strong knowledge of PHP, Symfony, MySQL, and Twig templating.
Experience in custom module development and theming.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Vue is a plus).
Familiarity with Acquia, Pantheon, or similar hosting platforms.
Version control experience (Git, GitHub, or GitLab).
Ability to work independently and in an agile team environment.
Nice to Have
Acquia Certification (Acquia Certified Drupal Developer, Site Builder, or Back-End Specialist).
Experience with Drupal migrations (Drupal 7 to 10).
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience working on enterprise, government, or nonprofit Drupal projects.
