Senior Backend Engineer

The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to help scale and innovate the core systems behind this AI-driven platform. What You’ll Be Doing: Building scalable, event-driven backend systems using Python and/or Go Developing efficient data pipelines and APIs for workflow automation Working with cloud technologies (AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities and ship impactful features Designing robust architectures and monitoring solutions to ensure reliability at scale Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a senior backend engineer Proven expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures Strong experience with AWS services and database technologies A passion for solving complex problems with clean, maintainable code Exposure to CRM systems or AI/ML integrations is a plus Startup experience and a bias for action Why This Opportunity?
