We're looking to hire a Senior Backend Engineer to own critical infrastructure: payment orchestration, merchant APIs, settlement flows, and the services that keep it all running. What you'll do Design, build, and operate production payment services end-to-end Own your infrastructure (AWS, Terraform)—no separate ops team Ship APIs, data pipelines, and internal tooling with real production stakes Work primarily in Rust and TypeScript What we're looking for Senior backend experience shipping and operating production systems Strong API and system design instincts Cloud-native infrastructure ownership (AWS preferred) Clear written communication for a remote, async team Effective use of AI-assisted development with strong human review Nice to have: Rust, payments/fintech background, crypto/Web3 familiarity Build the infrastructure for onchain payments at scale.
