Senior Backend Software Engineer (HYBRID)

Salary Range: $221,553.00 To $262,785.00 Annually Job Description: Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in Annapolis Junction, Maryland . This role supports the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of backend software solutions. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions. Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements. Conduct design and code reviews. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Utilize Jira and Confluence. Utilize Git for software development. Develop software using Java, C++, and/or Python. Work with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL. Minimum Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required. Twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional Software Engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Experience using Jira and Confluence. Experience with Git. Experience with Java, C++, and/or Python. Experience with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL. Why Join Quevera?
