Lead the bankruptcy and restructuring practice and develop its client base.

Handle in-court bankruptcy matters and out-of-court restructurings.
Manage approximately 300 to 400 hours annually of firm-generated bankruptcy work alongside your portable practice.
Mentor and direct a junior associate with bankruptcy experience.
Collaborate with attorneys serving the firm's existing clients.
What We're Looking For
10 to 25 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and debtor-creditor matters.
A portable bankruptcy and restructuring practice with approximately $1 million to $1.5 million in annual collections, plus a track record of originating and managing client relationships.
Experience with both in-court bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts and restructurings, including corporate restructuring and debt-side advisory work.
A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York.
Ability to lead a practice, collaborate in a boutique environment, and grow a book of business.
