  • Serve as an operational contact for benefit vendors, third-party administrators, brokers, and consultants.
  • Support regulatory compliance, testing, audits, filings, reporting requirements, and the maintenance of accurate plan documentation.
  • Lead open enrollment planning, testing, communications, and employee education, while partnering with HRIS, Payroll, and vendors on system enhancements.

What you'll need

  • Working knowledge of applicable benefit regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and Section 125.
  • Strong Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, benefits administration systems, benefit vendors, and third-party administrators.
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hybrid role based in Wilmington, MA. (3 days a week)
