Senior BI Analyst and Domo Developer

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Europe, North and South America.

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst and Domo Developer to join a new project for a leading US healthcare provider, focused on reliability and operational excellence.

The customer is a US leader in outpatient rehabilitation and physical therapy services, operating a growing network of about 80 outpatient across the Western United States. The company combines evidence-based care, clinical expertise, and modern technologies to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities:

• Build, improve, and maintain Domo cards, dashboards, and pages that make key measures easy to understand and use
• Manage Domo content over time: keep cards accurate, organized, documented, and connected to trusted data; resolve issues and make improvements as needs change
• Use available Snowflake datasets and dbt models to validate results, spot data gaps, and partner with the analytics engineer on fixes
• Own the testing, deployment, and rollout process, ensuring solutions are production-ready and successfully adopted by end users

 Requirements: 

• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or reporting, including production Domo dashboard and card development
• Strong judgment in metric definition, data visualization, and explaining what the numbers mean to nontechnical partners
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous requests, clarify requirements, manage priorities, and drive work through delivery
• Clear written communication, careful QA, and comfort working asynchronously with a distributed team

Nice to have:

• Snowflake, SQL, dbt Core, or experience working with analytics engineers and governed data models
• Domo administration, dataflows, governance, or certification
