Field Nation’s Accounts Receivable team is growing to continue offering the most efficient and streamlined support to both internal and external stakeholders. As a Senior Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for an important selection of customers, supporting positive relationships, and contributing to the organization’s overall financial health and operational efficiency. What you'll get to do: Review and process invoices for a select portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert for billing-related inquiries, providing exceptional support and timely resolution to internal and external customers Research and resolve billing discrepancies, collaborating and coordinating with internal departments and stakeholders Monitor accounts receivable aging, following up on outstanding balances and escalating as needed Reconcile billing data between the Field Nation platform and accounting ERP Netsuite Analyze and provide weekly and monthly reporting on assigned customer accounts, including status updates, trends, and key issues to Accounts Receivable Manager, Controller, and internal stakeholders Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to billing with a goal to improve overall billing efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience You might be a good fit if you have: Exceptional proficiency in oral and written English - a must 3+ years of previous accounting experience, preferably Accounts Receivable 3+ years of Customer Service experience along with a high degree of comfort with public speaking Ability to work night shift Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills Salesforce and Netsuite knowledge is a plus Experience communicating by phone with English speaking customers Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays. Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week ( Mon-Fri ) Working hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.) Office Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid) Salary Range: BDT 70,000-95,000 (Monthly) Why we think you'll love it here: At Field Nation, we believe great work deserves great support.
