Senior Bim Architect

Design and develop architectural plans and structures. Collaborate with clients to ensure design meets their needs. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies. Utilize software tools for design and visualization. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and materials. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Experience Level: 5-10 years of professional architecture experience. Experience in high-rise, mid-rise residential and hospitality projects With UAE project Experience Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Revit, Architectural Design, BIM 360, and 3 D Modeling; capable of producing detailed production drawings. Responsibilities and Duties: Lead project coordination, manage architectural design processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
