Senior Brand Designer

Location: Remote. The role You'll build identity systems end-to-end for startups and brands, often feeding straight into a raise or a launch. Real briefs, never spec. What you'll do Build identity systems: logo, type, color, and the rules that hold them together Apply brand across web, deck, social, and motion handoff Work in tight cycles with fast, frequent WIPs Partner with motion, 3D, and illustration to keep the brand consistent everywhere Iterate quickly on feedback from creative leads and clients without losing the craft What we're looking for A portfolio where every decision earned its place Systems thinking, not just strong individual marks Figma-native, fast and organized in-file The ability and appetite to work with AI image generation tools Range across editorial, product, and campaign Real type confidence You take feedback fast and integrate it without friction Nice to have Web or product (UI) design exposure Not for you if You design in a vacuum and hand off a PDF You need weeks per project to feel comfortable
