The role: As our Senior Brand Manager, you play a key role in bringing our marketing and brand strategy to life by translating strategic direction into impactful campaigns and creative initiatives across all channels. You drive full-funnel brand activities with a high level of ownership, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand execution across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners, you combine strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen brand positioning, drive growth, and deliver measurable business impact. Your tasks: Translate strategic direction into effective brand marketing activities across channels and touchpoints Collaborate closely with media, CRM, creative, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand experience Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Manage agencies, content creators, and the internal Creative Studio to deliver high-quality marketing communications Use market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Optimize marketing activities and campaign performance based on analytics and data insights Align marketing initiatives with product, legal, and compliance requirements Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation Report campaign performance and key learnings to senior leadership What you offer us: Several years of experience in a similar brand or marketing role Strong understanding of brand marketing and positioning in a digital environment Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to drive decisions Broad knowledge of relevant marketing channels, from brand to performance marketing Hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and content productions Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend Experience working with analytics, attribution, and marketing measurement models Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken Experience in performance marketing, CRM, or evidence-based marketing is a plus Experience in e-commerce and start-up or scale-up environments is a plus What we offer: A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company.
