Senior Branding Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior Branding Analyst, you will lead branding initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, consistency, and market perception. You will play a key role in defining brand strategies, guiding execution across teams, and ensuring brand excellence across all touchpoints.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the development and execution of branding and marketing strategies.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, offline, and communication channels.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams on brand initiatives.

- Define and maintain brand guidelines and oversee their correct application.

- Analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance.

- Drive continuous improvement of brand processes and assets.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or brand strategy roles.

- Strong knowledge of branding principles, brand positioning, and brand governance.

- Experience leading branding projects and cross-functional initiatives.

- Ability to translate business goals into clear brand strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and understanding of market and consumer insights.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced level of English.
