Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst to drive the development of Inventory Management System
for a telecom service provider.

This role will bridge business needs and technical delivery, owning requirements definition, prioritization, and ensuring alignment with the overall product vision, including data model unification, automation, and platform scalability.

• Driving process automation and operational efficiency
• Supporting data model alignment and enterprise data strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager, or in a hybrid role in Telecom or similar companies
• Strong experience working with enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into structured, actionable documentation
• Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and business processes
• Proven experience with designing and maintaining data mapping across systems for migration purposes
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Responsibilities

Product & Delivery Ownership

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals
• Translate business needs into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drive delivery of features such as new product creation, automation, and data enhancements
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure feasible and scalable solutions

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Ensure alignment with the unified data model and consistency across systems
• Manage data mapping and data lineage with related solutions
• Assist with data migration from legacy solutions
• Support data quality and enrichment initiatives where required

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a primary interface between business and technical teams
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and alignment discussions
• Manage expectations and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies

Solution Support & Validation

• Support functional design decisions and validate solutions against requirements
• Work with QA to ensure test coverage and acceptance criteria validation
• Participate in UAT and release readiness activities

Nice to Have

• Experience in Inventory Solution Provider/ Telecom provider / Data Centers area
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse / Power Platform
• Exposure to data model transformation or harmonization initiatives
• Experience in process automation and workflow design
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, AzureDevOps, Figma/Miro
