We have a great opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our multinational clients based in Limerick. This is a great opportunity to extend your multinational experience in a diverse and busy environment.


This will be an initial 6-month contract with a great possibility of extension. The position is based at the Limerick office on a hybrid model (ideally 3 days from the office).


You will play a significant role in crafting their digital products by collaborating with business partners, engineers and data scientists throughout the software development lifecycle.


We are looking for someone who can build and maintain efficient and stable data pipelines that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting by data scientists, analysts, and engineers. You will have at least 7 years of experience working in a software environment delivering complex solutions.


How will your day look like?


You will be working with the Business champion and users to understand, document, and analyze the requirements and convert it into a well-defined user story with clear acceptance criteria.


You will be defining the user stories and participating in design sessions for their IoT and Digital analytics solutions.


You will be collaborating with internal domain experts and delivery partners to drive the implementation and adaptation of our products.


Participating in new technology evaluation and selection for emerging capabilities such as cloud hosted and SaaS applied analytics, OEE and Digital Twin applications.


You will also coordinate user acceptance testing or assist unit testers so that requirements are satisfied.


Skills:

  • · min. 7 years of experience working in a software environment delivering complex solutions (must have)
  • · Flexible to work on various and multiple projects.
  • · Support multiple, complex projects
  • · Experience in providing expertise and analysis to the software development teams
  • · SDLC and Agile Methodology experience
  • · Business Analysis Tools and Techniques
  • · Expert: MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio
  • · Strong SQL and data analytical skills
