Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join an Agile product team responsible for the delivery, maintenance and evolution of a suite of SAP logistics applications.
The successful candidate will act as the link between business stakeholders, SAP systems and the development team. The role combines business analysis, functional design, solution impact assessment, testing coordination and production support. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Master, developers and end-users to ensure business requirements are translated into effective and sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role and enjoys working at the intersection of business processes and technology. They are comfortable discussing warehouse and logistics processes with operational users while also engaging with developers on technical design, integrations, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Elicit, analyze, challenge, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are ready for development.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement clarification sessions.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning activities.

Techno-Functional Analysis

• Analyze existing application behavior, integrations, and business processes.
• Assess functional and technical impacts of change requests and enhancements.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and implementation constraints.
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.

Agile Delivery Support

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery activities.
• Contribute to workload estimation and release planning.
• Support development teams throughout the sprint lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions meet both business and technical expectations.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Define integration test scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate and execute integration testing activities.
• Validate solution compliance against business requirements.
• Manage defect triage and support issue resolution.

Demonstrations & User Acceptance Testing

• Organize and lead sprint demonstrations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Assist business users during testing campaigns.
• Capture feedback and ensure readiness for deployment.

Incident & Production Support

• Perform functional analysis of production incidents.
• Investigate defects and support root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams on corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of applications and processes.
