Senior Business Analyst – CPG Domain

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Transformation & Delivery to drive end-to-end business transformation initiatives within the CPG industry.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – CPG Domain

Location: Rotterdam (Preferred) / Amsterdam, Netherlands

Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Contract: 24-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Experience: 8–12 years

Domain: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams across multiple workstreams.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Drive end-to-end product application delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off.
• Ensure change readiness, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption.
• Provide regular delivery updates and status reports to leadership.
• Support the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner in successful programme execution.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong CPG domain experience.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Programme /Project Delivery, or Business Transformation.
• Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional delivery initiatives.
• Experience with product application delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of technology architecture and delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and process-mapping tools.
