• Agile ceremonies, backlog / feature input, clear communication to business and IT
• Where relevant: regulatory change, reporting, conceptual or data modelling

Location: Brussels client sites (often 5 min walk from Central Station; some Brussels centre)

• 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 at professional level (required on most seats — mandate-specific which one)
• Senior / Expert BA experience (~5–8+ years; expert tracks often ~7+ in domain)
• Proven banking or insurance work in Belgium (or transferable regulated FS)
• Strong requirements lifecycle: elicitation → documentation → prioritisation → validation → traceability
• Workshop facilitation and clear stakeholder communication
• Hybrid Brussels comfort
• Agile; current demand especially in credit / lending, instant payments, securities & SRD 2, cards, AML / KYC, fraud, insurance non-life
• Structured, analytical, independent on client site
• Relevant degree; CBAP / PMI-PBA a plus
• Freelance / B2B setup for Belgian client contracting
