About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Solution Architect with Certinia experience, formerly FinancialForce, to lead requirements discovery, solution design and implementation initiatives. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery across PSA, ERP, Billing and Revenue Management solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyse and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate requirements into solution designs, functional specifications and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise on Certinia implementations and enhancements, designing end-to-end business processes.
• Configure and administer Certinia applications, or lead the responsible team, covering workflows, security, data structures, automation and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integration design and support testing, UAT, training and change management.
• Recommend process improvements and guide platform governance, scalability and future-state architecture.
  
  

Requirements

• More than 6 years of professional experience and more than 1 year working with Certinia.
• Proven experience in Certinia implementations, solution design, hands-on configuration and administration.
• Strong knowledge of at least one Certinia module: PSA, ERP/Accounting, Billing & Revenue Management or Resource Management.
• Experience leading requirements and business process workshops, producing clear functional and solution design documentation.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge, including security, reports, dashboards, Flows, automation and data modelling.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive sponsors, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Preferred: Solution Architect or Lead Consultant experience on Certinia transformation projects; Salesforce/Certinia certifications; knowledge of professional services, project accounting, resource planning and financial operations; integration experience involving ERP, CRM, HR or external financial systems.
