Senior Business Analyst – Super & Investment Products

Blake Oliver Consulting is working with one of Australia’s leading wealth platforms, part of a major banking group, to appoint a Senior Business Analyst into its Transformation team.

This is a product and regulatory change role. You’ll work out how changes to product policy and regulation affect superannuation and investment products, then turn that into clear requirements and workable solutions alongside product, operations, risk and architecture.

What You’ll Do

• Interpret legislation and product policy, and turn them into business rules, requirements and user stories
• Carry out impact assessments across products, processes, systems, data and disclosure
• Run workshops with product, operations, risk, legal and technology stakeholders
• Map current and future-state processes and work with solution architects on design
• Deliver in an Agile environment using JIRA and Confluence

What We’re Looking For

• Strong BA experience in wealth management or financial services
• Hands-on experience with both super and investment products
• Experience delivering regulatory or product policy change end to end
• Wrap/platform experience or retirement income exposure highly regarded
