If you enjoy turning business needs into reliable technical solutions, this opportunity is for you.
Who we are

We are an R&D center, and our solutions are developed by a team of over 100 engineers specializing in text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics technologies. As of 2022, we are part of Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, and we have grown into an international organization with over 500 dynamic team members. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU, and MENA regions.
What we expect
- Own, administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales / Customer Service).
- Design and develop customizations such as entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, and PCF components where needed.
- Manage security roles, business units, teams, and user access.
- Handle solution management, deployments across environments, and release planning.
- Act as the main point of contact for business users: gather requests, prioritize them, and deliver improvements.
- Design and build integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or third-party systems (ERP, telephony, marketing, finance, etc.) using Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or similar tools.
- Run data migration, data quality, and synchronization work, and monitor integrations to resolve failures quickly.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and licensing) and manage Microsoft Entra ID (users, groups, conditional access, MFA, and app registrations).
- Manage Azure subscriptions and resources with attention to security, cost, and governance.
- Support the Power Platform environment and its governance, including environments and maker access.
- Gather and document business requirements for new enterprise applications; research the market, compare products, run demos and proofs of concept, and prepare recommendations.
- Support the purchasing process together with procurement and management, and coordinate with vendors and partners throughout the project.
- Lead implementations after purchase, covering setup, configuration, integration, data migration, user training, and go-live.
- Keep technical documentation, configuration records, and integration maps up to date.
- Follow Microsoft release updates and propose improvements to the business.
Who we are looking for
- BSc in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, and solid knowledge of the Dataverse data model.
- Development experience with C# / .NET (plugins, custom workflow activities) and JavaScript.
- Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Dataverse Web API, and JSON/XML.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Experience with core Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Key Vault, and Storage.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Experience gathering requirements from business users and turning them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while managing several priorities.
- Clear communication: you can explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
We’re also looking for
- A strong can-do attitude and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach: you see what needs to be done and take action.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability: you take responsibility, follow through, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- A flexible and collaborative mindset: you enjoy working across teams and are willing to contribute beyond your core responsibilities when needed.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, step in where needed, and help the team get things done, even when it falls outside your usual scope.
