YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join our consulting team and support enterprise clients in organizational transformation, process evolution, and business innovation initiatives.The successful candidate will work closely with Business and IT stakeholders, contributing to the definition of strategies, operating models, and high-impact transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Analyze clients' business processes, operating models, and organizational structures, identifying opportunities for improvement. Gather, formalize, and translate business requirements into transformation initiatives. Support the design of target processes, organizational models, and Target Operating Models. Contribute to digital transformation, innovation, and operational optimization programs. Perform functional analysis, gap analysis, and organizational impact assessments. Support the preparation of business cases, market benchmarks, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and implemented solutions. Prepare project documentation, executive presentations, reports, and Steering Committee materials. Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and overall initiative performance. Support regulatory compliance initiatives and data and process governance activities. Contribute to continuous learning in strategic and organizational consulting projects aimed at redesigning and optimizing clients' products and operating models. Mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional growth while collaborating with senior consultants to further develop your own expertise and consulting capabilities. REQUIREMENTS 3–5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in structured business transformation and digital transformation environments. Proven experience in business process analysis and business requirements gathering. Knowledge of Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of key IT topics, including Cloud, Data, and Cyber Security. Ability to effectively manage and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders at different organizational levels. Aptitude for business development and supporting commercial activities. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills. Good command of the English language. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a gross annual salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €40,000 , commensurate with the candidate's skills and professional experience.
