Athena Retail, part of the RELEX Solutions group, is looking for an experienced Business Consultant to support our clients in optimizing business processes and implementing advanced technology solutions.
📍 Position open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America
📈 We're looking for a senior-minded, established profile: min 3 years of hands-on experience in BC
🕐 Time zone: candidates working within UTC-5 (or close overlap) preferred, to ensure collaboration with the team
⏱️ Immediate or short notice availability preferred
Your Role:
🔹 Analyze client needs and propose effective business process solutions
🔹 Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies, facilitating user adoption
🔹 Collaborate with project teams across analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
🔹 Define and document functional requirements aligned with clients' operational and strategic goals
🔹 Provide training and support to guide users in adopting new solutions
🔹 Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and continuous process improvement
🔹 Work in an international and dynamic environment, with opportunities for growth
What We're Looking For:
✅ a senior-minded, established profile: minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business consulting
✅ Preferred background in Category Management, Retail Management, Data Analysis, or Supply Chain Management
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese and Italian highly appreciated
✅ Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to learn quickly
✅ Willingness to travel if required
✅ Stable residence in Latin America
✅ Available immediately or on short notice
