Senior Business Development Executive

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in North Africa.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify new potential business opportunities.
  
• Autonomously identify and engage internal & external resources to deliver solutions.
  
• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining good business relationships.
  
• Optimise all aspects of the affiliate program through existing and new networks.
  
• Develop and monitor promotions.
  
• Prepare materials and descriptions of products.
  
• Produce relevant reports to management.
  
• Create a coherent business development strategy.
  
• Lead expansion of and directly influence the structure of the team as hires happen.
  
• Monitor, forecast, and report on pipeline activity and growth.
  
• Operate from a home-office, self-generating key opportunities to win new business.
  
• Continually maintain an effective understanding of the FX market and broader business/economic landscape.
  
• Travel to various locations and attend seminars and educational meetings.
  
• Carry out any further duties assigned by their line manager.
  
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sales and trading knowledge.
  
• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  
• Familiarity with online trading or financial markets.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  
• High level of professionalism and work ethic.
  
• Excellent Arabic, French and English communication skills.
  
• Prior experience in client-facing or sales roles will be an advantage.
