- Identification and recruitment of talent;
- Identification and Acquisition of clients and business;
- Account management;
- Followups and management of the team of Tech consultants;
- Network with stakeholders for specific projects
- Propose new ideas to develop Madiff in Portugal
Requirements
- Education in Management, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resources Management or others;
- Previous experience working in Portuguese Tech industry and/ or consulting industry
- Interest in working in international Markets;
- Excellent communications skills and empathy;
- Ambition and professional drive;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working under tight KPIs
-Previous recruitment/ Tech recruitment experience is a plus
