● Identify business opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions.

● Champion breakthrough creative work while maintaining alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

U.S., Global & IAT Collaboration

● Facilitate collaboration across agency partners, resolving challenges and maintaining momentum.

● Maintain a holistic understanding of the business, connecting individual initiatives to broader brand priorities.

Team Leadership & MLR Oversight

● Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Business Manager.

● Oversee the MLR review process managed by the Business Manager, maintaining visibility into Veeva submission timelines, approval status, and potential risks.

● Partner with internal teams to resolve submission challenges and ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into campaign planning.

● Support the Business Manager's professional development while fostering accountability and operational excellence.

Client & Account Management

● Build trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic partner and primary day-to-day contact.

● Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and alignment with client expectations.

● Maintain visibility into budgets, scopes, resources, and account operations.

● Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.

What We're Looking For

● 3+ years of advertising agency experience, preferably within consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising.

● Experience supporting consumer-facing brand launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

● Demonstrated experience working with U.S. and global teams within complex IAT environments.

● Experience managing or mentoring junior account team members.

● Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

● Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

● A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to connect business objectives, creative opportunities, and operational requirements.

● Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, strengthen analysis, and deliver more effective business outcomes.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
