The Role
At Inline, the primary responsibility of the Business Operation Specialist is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Success Management team , as the Bonus & Incentive Planning Specialist plays a key role in driving organizational performance through well-structured incentive design and precise bonus management.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strategically minded. You should take ownership of complex numerical models, be results-driven with a strong focus on accuracy, and possess the ability to translate data into clear business insights. As a bridge between strategy and execution, you will collaborate closely with Finance, CSM and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment between incentive structures and company objectives.
This role is essential to shaping the long-term sustainability and fairness of CSM’s incentive system, strengthening team motivation, operational transparency, and the overall effectiveness of our performance management framework across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Budget Planning and Management
- Design and allocate annual bonus budgets aligned with company objectives and financial guidelines.
- Monitor budget utilization, analyze variances, and recommend adjustments to ensure alignment with strategic and fiscal goals.
Incentive Planning
- Develop quarterly bonus structures based on business priorities such as store expansion, new brand acquisition, or retention performance.
- Collaborate with CSM, Finance to validate plans, ensuring consistency, feasibility, and cross-department alignment.
Announcement & Communication
- Draft and publish official bonus announcements outlining calculation logic, eligibility criteria, and applicable periods.
- Conduct internal briefings and training sessions to ensure transparent understanding of incentive rules and processes.
Target Achievement Support
- Build and maintain performance-tracking dashboards to visualize progress toward goals and ensure accurate incentive records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement the necessary tools, processes, and support mechanisms that enable effective goal execution and measurable results.
Bonus Calculation & Review
- Consolidate and verify payout data during monthly or quarterly cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and auditability across teams.
- Regularly review incentive effectiveness, identifying patterns and providing insights to optimize future bonus planning and resource allocation.
Preferred Experience & Personal Traits
- Minimum of 4~5 years relevant work experience in Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance Planning, or related fields with hands-on exposure to incentive design and commission calculation.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables), and Python for data analysis and automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, able to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, works independently and has a sense of priority.
