The role will be based in Frankfurt.
What you will do

- Drive change management and adoption to support continuous improvement culture: design and execute internal trainings as well as outside-the-box continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. gamification, hackathon) for bottom-up idea generation
- Represent AllianzGI in the market via Process /Automation events
- Coordinate and network within Allianz Group to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency
What you bring
- Excellent university degree in business administration, economics, IT, engineering or related field of study
- Practical ServiceNow workflow engineering experience, including building custom applications with App Engine and delivering scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks with proven experience in business process engineering, operations transformation, or workflow optimization within asset management
- Proven track record in reengineering complex, cross-functional workflows to enable automation and digitalization including AI, RPA, workflow orchestration, and other emerging technologies
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to simplify complexity
- Problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to think outside the box and to find creative ways to approach challenges
- Strong change management experience; ability to foster conviction and adoption of AI and digital workflows across teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Full fluency in English required; French or German are a plus
- Experience in the asset management process domain with knowledge of the investment value chain is a plus
