We’re looking for a Senior Director, Business Risk Partner to join our leadership team and play a critical role in enabling the business to grow safely, sustainably, and confidently.

What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor to the business, you will:
- Partner with senior leadership to embed risk thinking into decision-making and strategic planning
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide risk frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive a forward-looking, data-driven risk culture that balances growth with resilience
- Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to Executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing risk team, fostering capability, engagement, and continuous improvement
- Champion transformation initiatives, enhancing systems, processes, and governance frameworks
- Extensive experience in enterprise risk management, business risk advisory, or similar leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence and partner at C-suite level
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments
- Track record of leading large-scale transformation or uplift initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and business outcomes
