Senior Business Tester | Hybrid – Lisbon

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Tester, with strong expertise in functional, integration and end-to-end business process testing.
• Solid experience across the full testing lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test scenario and test case design, test data preparation and test execution.
• Experience in defect management, retesting, traceability and testing documentation.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect management tools, such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and demonstrate a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with Business, IT and Test Management teams in an international environment.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 1–2 days per week at the office in Alfragide, Lisbon.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SAP business processes.
• Experience in SAP transformation or migration projects, or data validation activities.
