Senior C# Developer (m/f/d)

SWARCO is a growing international group with over 5000 employees on all continents.

• Design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend microservices based on C# and .NET.
• Deployment, containerization, and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Active participation in an Agile software development team following the Scrum framework, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs as well as message-based interfaces for internal communication between microservices.
• Development and execution of unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure high code quality and system stability.
• Continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments to Kubernetes clusters.
• Conducting code reviews and actively sharing technical knowledge within the development team.

• Several years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development (.NET 7, 8, 9, 10).
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
• Solid experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL databases.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-driven and proactive mindset.
• Team-oriented with clear and structured communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• German language skills are a plus but not required.
