At Clarion, our people are at the absolute heart of what we do. We’re proud that our core values of PASSION, CARE, IMAGINATION, and TRUST define the way we carry out our work across all of our teams.
If you share our values and want to be a part of a successful, dynamic, and creative global business then we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Campaign Manager to lead campaigns across our iGB events portfolio. The primary focus is our two flagship events, iGB Affiliate London and iGB L!VE Amsterdam, which each attract over 12,000 igaming professionals. Together, the iGB portfolio connects the whole ecosystem of affiliates, igaming suppliers and operators.
You'll play a key role across the portfolio, enabling and driving the marketing team to hit its goals. We're looking for a marketing all-rounder with proven leadership skills and a track record of delivering growth. Reporting to the Head of Campaign Marketing, you'll work closely with event directors, sales, content, and brand, partnerships and PR.
You'll keep sight of the big picture when building campaign plans, while keeping the team focused on delivery and giving clear updates, reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders. You'll be analytical and insight-led, with a history of testing and optimisation, and bring creative flair and real attention to detail. You'll be used to delivering at pace and leading teams to strong results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign strategy and leadership
Create and manage campaign plans for the iGB events, driving acquisition and retention in key segments to hit our business goals.
Present marketing plans, strategies and updates clearly to the team and internal stakeholders.
Act as the marketing lead for the event director, keeping them updated on progress and risks.
Campaign delivery
Own delivery of the campaign plans, managing and optimising the output of the internal team and external suppliers.
Brief the team and suppliers clearly and effectively, setting out objectives, audience, key messages and deadlines up front.
Own the quality of everything the campaign produces, reviewing work before it goes live so it's accurate, on brand and built to convert.
Set clear milestones, hit deadlines and flag risks early.
Write and proofread promotional copy, following brand and style guides and working with the brand team on tone of voice.
Make sure all marketing materials are tailored to our key personas.
Data and reporting
Use business intelligence, customer feedback, data and insight to suggest and test new campaign ideas.
Own campaign reporting, from weekly KPIs and forecasts to post-event reports with insight, analysis and recommendations.
Analyse performance while campaigns are live, and recommend and make optimisations based on what the data shows, such as shifting budget, channel mix, audiences or messaging.
Manage the iGB events marketing budget alongside the other portfolio budget-holders.
Spot industry trends, innovations and technologies that could drive growth.
People and supplier management
Line manage the Campaign Executive, providing coaching, marketing knowledge, feedback and leadership.
Manage external suppliers, from designers to the paid media and social agencies.
Work with the wider Clarion Gaming marketing team on a continuous test-and-learn approach across channels.
Customer focus
Make sure campaign plans and deliverables are shaped by customer data, research and feedback.
Keep learning about the affiliate and igaming industry through events, reading, podcasts and webinars.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
Demonstrates strong knowledge of integrated marketing campaign strategy, customer segmentation, acquisition and retention marketing, and event marketing within a B2B environment.
Proven ability to develop, deliver, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive growth, achieve commercial objectives, and maximise return on marketing investment.
Highly analytical and insight-driven, using data, customer feedback, market intelligence, and testing methodologies to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and support team members while maintaining high standards of performance and delivery.
Organised, commercially focused, and proactive, demonstrating strong project management skills, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, risks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
