We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation program and seeking a Senior Change Manager to help shape and drive organisational change across a complex engineering and operations environment.

The Role

This is a highly influential role focused on:

• Leading ways-of-working and organisational transformation initiatives
• Building change frameworks, roadmaps and approaches from scratch
• Driving stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment and cultural change
• Improving collaboration across technical, operational and delivery teams
• Preparing the business for large-scale transformation delivery

You'll bring:

• Extensive Change Management experience within large, complex organisations
• Proven success operating in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience driving behavioural, cultural and operating model change
• The ability to be both strategic and hands-on

Highly Regarded

• Consulting background (Big 4, Accenture or boutique consultancy)
• Experience working with engineering, technology or technical stakeholder groups
• Large-scale transformation or organisational effectiveness experience

This is an opportunity to shape the change agenda from the ground up and partner directly with senior leaders to drive meaningful transformation outcomes.
