We're looking for an accomplished Senior Change Manager to lead change, adoption and business readiness across a significant global transformation program powered by Oracle Fusion.
Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead, you will be the trusted advisor to senior Finance and regional leaders, ensuring that technology, process and operating model changes are embraced, embedded and sustained across the organisation. This is a highly visible role where you'll influence executive stakeholders, challenge thinking constructively and help bring a global transformation to life.
About the Opportunity
As the single point of accountability for Finance and Regional Adoption, you'll guide leaders, teams and stakeholders through one of the most significant business transformations in the organisation.
You'll translate transformation design decisions into meaningful business outcomes, assess adoption risks, build readiness strategies and ensure changes are fully embedded from design through to cutover, go-live and sustainment.
Key responsibilites
- Lead change management and adoption across Finance and regional teams
- Develop integrated adoption and readiness strategies
- Drive executive stakeholder engagement and sponsorship
- Conduct change impact assessments and adoption planning
- Coach leaders to be visible and effective change sponsors
- Establish readiness measures, governance and intervention plans
- Shape communications, engagement and learning strategies
- Manage adoption through go-live, hypercare and sustainment
- Influence behaviours that support standardisation, process excellence and business outcomes
What you'll bring
- Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation programs
- Strong expertise across organisational change, technology adoption and operating model transformation
- Experience partnering with Finance functions, Shared Services or Corporate Services environments
- Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and senior leaders
- Proven capability in readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning and resistance management
- Exceptional communication, consulting and advisory skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud, ERP or HCM transformations will be highly regarded
