Make an Impact as a Senior CRA at Worldwide


Join a team where your expertise helps advance clinical research and improve outcomes for patients facing complex health challenges. As a Senior CRA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials across Rare Disease or Oncology studies.


Working closely with investigative sites, sponsors, and cross-functional study teams, you'll drive study quality, support patient safety, and help bring innovative therapies closer to those who need them most. Where You'll Work


This is a home-based Clinical Research Associate role supporting sites across the United States, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Candidates must reside within the territory to effectively support site visits and study activities. You will collaborate with sites, sponsors, and global study teams while traveling to investigative sites approximately 8-10 days per month.


To best support our sites, we're seeking candidates who are based in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Travel will primarily be regional, with occasional travel to support sites in other locations as needed.


What You'll Do

  • Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites participating in Worldwide clinical studies.
  • Identify and assess potential research sites to support successful study execution.
  • Coordinate study start-up activities, including collection of regulatory documentation and support of contract and budget processes.
  • Conduct all types of monitoring visits: Pre-Site Selection Visits (PSSVs), Study Initiation Visits (SIVs),Interim Monitoring Visits (IMVs) and Closeout Visits (COVs).
  • Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection processes, and safety reporting expectations.
  • Monitor site performance and provide ongoing support throughout study maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with informed consent requirements, safety reporting obligations, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Partner with sites and study teams to drive data quality, participant safety, and overall study success.
  • Support site closeout activities and ensure study requirements are completed at the conclusion of the trial.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or a Nursing Degree, along with 5+ years as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate.
  • Required experience monitoring Rare Disease or Oncology clinical trials.
  • Requires travel within the specified region; 8 – 10 DOS monthly
  • Experience in full-service monitoring preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, site management, and regulatory requirements.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):


United States of America - $97,000.00 - $193,000.00


The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws. Salary information will be discussed during the interview process, and we encourage candidates to inquire about compensation at any stage.
