Job Title: Senior Cloud Computing Mentor

Location: Remote (Only Nigerians are eligible to apply)

Engagement Type: Part-Time (Remote, Live Sessions)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Senior Cloud Computing Mentor to train and guide learners in practical, industry-relevant cloud computing concepts. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms and can effectively teach, mentor, and supervise real-world projects.

*Key Responsibilities*

Deliver live, structured cloud computing training sessions (fully remote)

Mentor learners on core cloud concepts, architecture, and best practices

Supervise hands-on labs and real-world cloud projects

Provide clear, actionable feedback on assignments and project work

Guide students in deploying, managing, and scaling cloud solutions

Support learners in preparing for cloud certification exams

Track learner progress and provide performance evaluations

Maintain consistency, punctuality, and professional communication

*Required Qualifications*

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

5–7 years of professional experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, or related roles

Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Certification above AWS Associate level (e.g., Professional or Specialty certification required)

Solid understanding of:

Cloud architecture and design

Compute, storage, networking, and security in cloud environments

Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or CloudFormation)

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience deploying and managing real-world cloud solutions

Excellent communication and teaching ability

*Preferred Qualifications*

Certifications in other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or training individuals or teams

Experience supervising capstone or real-world cloud projects

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with monitoring and logging tools

*Compensation*

Compensation will be paid in Nigerian Naira (₦)

Structure: Per cohort (fixed fee agreed before program start)
