We are committed to creating meaningful social, environmental, and economic change in our communities.

Department Overview

WDTech is Walker & Dunlop’s technology organization, bringing together product, design, engineering, data, infrastructure, information security, and operations to build, operate, and protect the technology that powers our business.

Across WDTech, we combine business context with disciplined technology practices and a high standard for security, resilience, and quality. Teams have ownership of meaningful problems and collaborate across disciplines, make thoughtful decisions, and continuously improve the products, platforms, and capabilities that move W&D forward.

  • Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence to manage work tracking, operational documentation, and knowledge sharing across engineering and infrastructure teams.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of infrastructure standards, cloud architecture guidelines, and operational best practices across the organization.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture documentation, operational procedures, and system configurations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established standards.
  • Be part of an on-call rotation for 24/7 support of the infrastructure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
