Our team is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial analysis to support our business unit, aiming to optimize Sales Growth and Profitability. Are you a data driven financial with the analytical capability to gain actionable insights from multiple sources of data to support our (senior) business leaders? You will need to develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify opportunities where analytics can be leveraged to benefit objectives. Financial Analysis : You'll be required to deliver in-depth, accurate financial analysis to aid our business unit in making strategic decisions. This includes identifying opportunities and risks and providing insightful, actionable recommendations to improve business performance. Financial Business Support : Using your exceptional analytical skills, you will work to optimize Sales growth and Profitability. This includes developing strategies to maximize market opportunities and using data-driven insights to enhance profitability. Monthly Forecasting : As part of your role, you will conduct monthly forecasting for orders, revenue, and margin. This involves collecting and analyzing data, predicting future trends, and creating forecasts that align with our strategic objectives. Leading Commercial Analysts : You will be responsible for managing two commercial analysts. This involves providing guidance, fostering growth, and ensuring that all team activities align with our overall business goals. Team Collaboration : You will be a key part of an elite FP&A team of eight members. Collaborating effectively with this team will be integral to driving success in your role. You will be part of our top-class FP&A team of 8 people with diverse and international backgrounds and report to the EMEA FP&A Manager. Collaborating effectively with this team will be integral to driving success in your role. Within the team you will manage a team of two commercial analysts. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA would be highly advantageous. Proven experience as a Commercial Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role. Experience in an international (corporate) environment is a pre. Strong analytical skills with the capability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail. Excel skills are considered to be of a high level and preferably you have Oracle and Hyperion experience. Experience with Power Query, Power BI and DAX is also considered to be a pre. Business focused and commercially savvy with strong financial acumen. Fluency in English is required.
