Job Title: Senior Commercial Leasing Specialist

Location: Remote, Colombia.

Salary Range: USD 2,500-3,500 per month, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM US Pacific time.

Contractor Note: Independent contractor position.

About the Role:

Independently manage the full US commercial lease lifecycle from Letter of Intent through lease execution and ongoing administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, redline and negotiate leases, LOIs, amendments and renewals.

• Coordinate tenants, brokers, attorneys, owners and cross-functional teams.

• Track lease obligations, critical dates, approvals and signatures.

• Interpret NNN, gross and modified gross leases and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years in commercial lease administration or commercial property management.

• Professional experience with US commercial real estate and US leasing practices.

• Expertise reviewing, redlining and negotiating commercial leases and LOIs.

• Understanding of NNN, gross and modified gross lease structures.

• Ability to independently manage multiple lease transactions.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Yardi or similar lease/property-management software.

• CAM reconciliations and operating-expense audits.

• DocuSign and commercial portfolio reporting.
